I have been renovating two rental apartments and hired Leon Plumbing separately from my GC because of their ex experience with Rinnai tankless heaters. They have worked efficiently and professionally, and go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. My GC kept asking to delay permit inspections, putting me in the position of now trying to rush Leon Plumbing even though the delay was never their fault. "Leon Plumbing installed an outdoor Rinnai tankless water heater for our house and they do the annual tankless water heater service, too. Leon Plumbing is an authorized Rinnai dealer who does an excellent and neat work.

A few days ago, our hot water stopped running and I called Leon Plumbing. Sev came out ASAP and fixed our problem. The ashes and debris from recent wildfire (Eaton Fire) caused Venturi blockage. If you live in a wildfire affected area, you might end up with no hot water from your outdoor tankless water heater without any warning like me. BTW, Sev fixed our tankless water heater at no charge since our annual full service is coming up in a couple of months. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture from Sev."
