Montrose plumbing & water heater specialists
Montrose grew from a planned early-1920s subdivision, with established residential streets beside an active commercial corridor. That compact mix produces very different plumbing needs within a short distance: an older house with a small utility area is not the same project as a shop with shared drains or customer restrooms. We scope the property itself rather than treating all Montrose addresses alike.
Older rooms, newer fixtures and shared drains
A remodeled kitchen can look new while retaining older drains or supply branches behind the cabinets. We investigate recurring stoppages, leaking connections and unreliable shutoffs before recommending a larger replacement. For commercial or multi-unit work, identifying who uses the affected line and how to isolate it matters before service is interrupted. A camera inspection can help distinguish a local obstruction from a problem farther downstream.
Hot-water upgrades that fit the available space
A tankless heater can be useful where floor space is limited, but it still needs working clearances and a compliant exhaust route. We review gas supply, the proposed wall location and peak usage rather than selecting a unit from square footage alone. Montrose-area addresses may fall under different jurisdictions; permit requirements are checked for the actual address. Maintenance access is included in the plan so filters and service valves remain reachable after installation.

via Google“I needed a service for a Rinnai tankless water heater for a tenant in Eagle Rock. I called Leon plumbing and was surprised that they could have a tech out in about an hour. The tech did a complete service for $275, which seemed somewhat reasonable, and a needed valve replacement for another $275, which (though steep) was at least done quickly. I would recommend them for speed, good communications, and quality of the work.”
