Tankless Water Heaters · Los Angeles & SoCal
Never run out of hot water again.
Gas and electric tankless installation, repair and maintenance. Authorized Rinnai dealer — save up to $2,200 on a new residential install.
A tankless water heater heats water only when you open the tap, so the shower stays hot no matter how many people use it — and you stop paying to keep 40–50 gallons warm all day.
As an authorized Rinnai dealer, we size the unit to your home's real demand, upgrade gas and venting when needed, pull the permit, and register your warranty. Right now you can save up to $2,200 on a new residential install.

Tankless Water Heaters: common questions
Does a tankless heater need maintenance?
Yes. Hard water can leave mineral scale inside the heat exchanger, reducing performance and making temperatures less consistent. Descaling about once a year is a useful starting point, but the right interval depends on your water hardness, usage and the manufacturer's instructions. Maintenance also includes checking the inlet filter, venting and combustion-air openings where applicable. Follow the model's maintenance requirements for warranty coverage, and schedule a check sooner if you notice error codes, reduced flow or fluctuating hot water.
Can my home switch from a tank to tankless?
Most homes can, but the existing connections are not always ready for a direct swap. We assess how many fixtures may run at once, incoming water temperature, water pressure and the available installation space. For gas models, we also check gas-line capacity, venting and condensate drainage; electric models need an electrical-capacity assessment. Proper sizing matters: a tankless unit can supply hot water continuously, but its flow capacity is still limited. We explain the necessary upgrades before recommending a model.
Do you install electric tankless water heaters?
Yes — we install and service both gas and electric tankless units. Electric units do not need a gas line or combustion vent, but whole-home models can require substantial electrical capacity, dedicated circuits and possibly panel or service upgrades. A small point-of-use unit and a whole-home system have very different requirements. We review your household's hot-water demand and the manufacturer's electrical requirements, then explain whether electric tankless is a practical fit and what electrical coordination may be needed.
Do you repair tankless water heaters?
Yes. We diagnose error codes, ignition and flame problems, clogged inlet filters, mineral buildup and inconsistent hot water on major brands. An error code is a starting point, not proof that a particular part needs replacing; water flow, gas supply and venting can also affect performance. Have the brand, model number and displayed code ready when you call. We explain the findings and repair options, including descaling when appropriate. If you smell gas, leave the building and contact the gas utility or 911 from a safe location first.

via Google“I needed a service for a Rinnai tankless water heater for a tenant in Eagle Rock. I called Leon plumbing and was surprised that they could have a tech out in about an hour. The tech did a complete service for $275, which seemed somewhat reasonable, and a needed valve replacement for another $275, which (though steep) was at least done quickly. I would recommend them for speed, good communications, and quality of the work.”
