Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement · Los Angeles & SoCal
Fix the sewer line — not the whole yard.
Fix or replace a broken sewer line without trenching up your yard, driveway or slab.
A cracked, root-filled or collapsed sewer line used to mean a trench across the lawn, driveway or patio. Trenchless repair rebuilds or replaces the pipe from small access points instead, so most of your property stays untouched.
We start with a camera inspection so you see the damage yourself, then explain whether the line can be repaired trenchless or truly needs digging — with written pricing before anything starts.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement: common questions
How much does sewer line replacement cost?
Pricing depends on the line's length, depth, condition and material, along with access, utilities, permits and the surfaces above it. Trenchless work and excavation can have different preparation and restoration needs, so a generic price can be misleading. We camera-inspect and assess your actual line before providing written pricing. Ask what the estimate includes for cleaning, access openings, final inspection and surface restoration, and whether any work is excluded. We explain the proposed method and scope so you can compare options on the same basis.
Can every sewer line be fixed trenchless?
No. Suitability depends on the pipe's condition, alignment, access and the type of defect. Some cracked or root-damaged lines may be candidates, while fully collapsed sections, substantial sags or badly displaced joints can require excavation. Trenchless repair generally follows the existing pipe route and may not correct an underlying slope problem. We use camera findings and an access assessment to explain what is feasible. Where a limited excavation is necessary, we discuss why rather than promising a completely dig-free repair.
Is trenchless better than digging?
It can be a better fit when reducing disruption to landscaping, driveways or patios is important and the existing line is suitable. It is not automatically the best or lowest-cost option for every sewer problem. Access openings and preparation may still be needed, and defects involving slope, collapse or alignment can make excavation more appropriate. We compare the pipe condition, access, restoration needs and intended repair outcome, then recommend the method that addresses the actual problem. A final camera check helps document the completed line.

via Google“I needed a service for a Rinnai tankless water heater for a tenant in Eagle Rock. I called Leon plumbing and was surprised that they could have a tech out in about an hour. The tech did a complete service for $275, which seemed somewhat reasonable, and a needed valve replacement for another $275, which (though steep) was at least done quickly. I would recommend them for speed, good communications, and quality of the work.”
