End-User License Agreement & Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Leon Plumbing when you use this website, create a member account, or join the Advantage membership.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you and Leon Plumbing, 10623 Sherman Grove Ave., Sunland, CA 91040, licensed under CSLB Lic. C-36 #474827. They cover our website and member portal, not a license to QuickBooks or another third-party product. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site and call us directly instead at (818) 326-0780.
Your license to use the site
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this site for your own personal or business plumbing needs — to read our guides, request service, and manage your own account. That license does not include copying or republishing our content, scraping the site or its data with automated tools, reselling access, using the site to advertise something else, or interfering with how it works. We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Requests, appointment holds and scheduling
Sending a request through the site is an ask, not a booking until we confirm it. When you pick a day and time, the site may temporarily hold that slot for you; if the hold expires before you finish, the slot becomes available to other customers again. We try to serve the hours you ask for, but we cannot promise a precise arrival time, and we may need to reschedule for emergencies, permits, parts, or weather.
Please give us accurate contact details and a real service address. Requests that are knowingly false, repeated after cancellation, or made to disrupt our schedule may be declined.
Member accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else can sign in as you. We may close an account that is being misused. We keep your account area available so you can see your membership status, renewal date, invoices and job records.
Advantage membership
- The Advantage membership is $34.99 per month, billed online on a monthly cycle.
- Membership starts only after the first successful payment. The initial term is 12 months, totaling $419.88 for twelve monthly payments. Renewal and non-renewal follow your signed membership agreement.
- You can cancel through your account or contact us. Benefits end immediately on cancellation. The signed agreement provides a 3-business-day right to cancel, or 5 business days if you are 65 or older. Outside that window, early cancellation may cost $199, plus $149 if the included inspection was used during the term, capped at the remaining term fees. Agreement exemptions include company cancellation or documented property sale or relocation outside our service area.
- Membership benefits end when the membership ends, and end immediately if a payment is not collected. Benefits are described on the membership page; they are not transferable and have no cash value.
- Your signed agreement governs benefits, the rate lock, renewal notice, refunds and any cancellation charges. These website terms do not replace or change the agreement you accepted; if they differ, that agreement controls membership matters, subject to applicable law.
Payments and billing
Recurring membership charges are authorized when you sign up, and are collected automatically each month through the payment system shown to you at sign-up after secure payment-method enrollment. Signing an agreement alone does not enroll a card or complete a payment. QuickBooks connection alone does not enable automatic collection; QuickBooks billing will be offered only after secure recurring-payment enrollment is available and verified. Existing members remain with their enrolled payment provider unless a separately authorized change is completed. If a charge fails, your membership is paused or ended according to the rules above. You can ask for a copy of your billing history at any time by emailing contact@leonplumbingsocal.com.
Fees for plumbing work are separate from membership dues. Work is quoted or billed as agreed before the job, and payment for completed work is due on the terms given at the time of service.
Our AI helper and written guidance
The site includes an automated assistant and written guides. They are provided for general information and convenience. They are not a substitute for a licensed plumber's on-site assessment, and they are not a quote, a permit, a warranty, or a diagnosis — conditions vary by home, and some work requires a permit and a licensed contractor. Always call (818) 326-0780 before you do anything involving gas, water mains, or electrical connections.
Content, reviews and ownership
The text, photos, logos and layout on this site belong to Leon Plumbing or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote a short passage with credit. You keep ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us permission to use it to serve you — for example, to describe the job in an invoice or a report.
Reviews shown from Google are our customers' own words and reflect their experience, not a guarantee of any particular result. Illustrative images are not evidence of work at a particular customer's property.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Workmanship and materials on plumbing work are covered by the warranty and permits we give you in writing at the time of service, and nothing in these terms reduces that.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Leon Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of this website. Our liability for any claim connected to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited.
Third-party links
Pages link to outside services such as Google, rebate programs, and manufacturers' product pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Updates do not retroactively change a signed membership agreement or authorize new charges. Changes to membership billing or benefits follow the notice and consent requirements in that agreement and applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts covering Los Angeles County, California.
